I've been waiting on this news for a few weeks. I've been pretty sure it was coming but wasn't as prepared as I thought I was. This year has been tough! I've worked harder than I've ever worked before and though I didn't always agree with what was going on at my school, I thoroughly enjoyed TEACHING my students and working with my teammates. I'm really going to miss my 4th grade team!
I'm not sure what the future holds, as finding a teaching job for next year will be difficult but I know it will all work out.
My focus now is on Baby Alex. If God allows me to stay at home with Alex next year, I will be truly grateful. Everything happens for a reason...
Hang in there! I have faith that your future is a bright one. I know I would love to stay at home with my boys if I could! Going back to work is very difficult to do after having a baby.
ReplyDeleteThe school district is missing out on an exceptional teacher. I feel horrible for the kids who will have to suffer due to all these cuts!
